Lifting
When an enhancement separates or peels away from the natural nail, usually due to poor prep or product application.
Lifting is when product detaches from the natural nail, creating a gap where water and bacteria can enter. Common causes include inadequate dehydration, getting product on the skin, improper primer use, or capping issues. Good prep and clean application prevent most lifting.
